--(1) can of caffeine free coke
--(1) egg mcmuffin
--(1) hash brown
--(1) large coke

Snack:
--(.5) large coke

Lunch:
--(1/3) double cheesburger (mcdonalds)
--(4) quasadilla triangles (+ sour cream and pico de guello)
--(1) glass of water

Dinner:
--(1) chicken breast
--(1 cup) noodles with white sauce
--(1 piece) birthday cake
--(1) glass of milk
